Cancellation & Replacement Policy

1. No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellation requests are not accepted. Customers should review product details, quantity, and address carefully before placing an order.

2. No Refund Policy

No refunds are provided after order processing. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where the company cannot fulfil the order.

3. Replacement Policy (Defective Products Only)

Replacement is allowed only for defective, damaged, or materially different products. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

• Photo of product packaging
• Shipping label or invoice

4. Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind
• Product not suitable for personal preference
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
• Improper handling or storage by customer
• Requests raised after allowed time window
